Chiliboats Adventures – Guest Policy

We're excited to have you join us on the water! Please review the following policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Arrival Time

Guests must arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled tour. This allows time for check-in, waivers, and a mandatory safety briefing.

Late arrivals may result in cancellation without refund.

What to Wear

Please dress comfortably for an outdoor water experience. You may get wet, so plan accordingly. We recommend:

• Comfortable clothing
• Secure, closed-toe or water-friendly shoes
• Hat or visor
• Sunscreen

Health & Safety

Your safety is our top priority. Please notify our staff of any medical conditions or concerns before your tour so we can best accommodate you.

Youth Policy

• Guests ages 12–17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
• All minors are required to ride on tandem Chiliboats at all times

Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Refunds are only issued when a tour is canceled by Chiliboats Adventures due to unforeseen circumstances (such as severe weather or safety concerns). Refunds are not available for missed tours or guest-initiated cancellations.

Guests who cannot attend have the following options:

• Reschedule for a future date
• Receive a gift card or credit for later use

Agreement

By booking a tour with Chiliboats Adventures, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined above.
